How do I make a booking and secure my date?
Yay! That’s great news that you would like to book with us. Firstly we will need to check that your date is available; you can contact us through our website, social media, email or phone. Once the availability of your date has been checked, a $1000 non-refundable booking fee is required, along with a signed contract to secure your date. The balance is due (2) two weeks prior to your wedding day.
Do you record sound/audio of the day?
We do NOT record audio for Package 1.
For Package 2 & 3 we use a lapel microphone attached to either a bride or groom during the ceremony to record audio.
For Package 2 & 3, we record directly from the venue PA system where possible for speeches. If the venue does not allow this we will use alternate methods of recording audio. Due to this all persons making a speech must use the microphone for us to be able to record audio.
Can I choose the music for my film?
Feature Film: We license the use of music for your Feature Film with APRA under a “domestic use” licence. This means you can choose whatever music you like for your Feature Film. Prior to your wedding day we will ask you for a list of your song choices.
Highlight / Short film: Unfortunately the APRA license does not extend to online sharing and if uploaded to sharing sites such as YouTube or Facebook your film may be scanned and flagged as a breach of copyright. To solve this, we will choose a song that is licensed for online use for your Highlight / Short Film. This means that you can share your film online to your hearts content without breaching copyright.
When will I receive my film?
Post-production and editing generally takes 12 weeks to complete, however this can be longer during peak periods.
Can I get the raw footage?
No, we do not supply the RAW footage. Due to our creative style we do not film a minute by minute record of your day but instead we film many short 5-20 second snippets, moments and details which are then combined together to create your final wedding film.
Do you travel interstate or overseas?
Yes definitely! We are based in the Hunter Valley NSW but travel far and wide to film our couples. Please contact us for more info and pricing.
